C++ compiler cannot create executables
In order to avoid this problem in Fedora (Linux Distribution) one have to install gcc-c++-4.4.1-2.fc11.i586
yum install gcc-c++-4.4.1-2.fc11.i586
You can check this by:
yum provides *g++
gcc-c++-4.4.0-4.i586 : Поддержка C++ для GCC
